NICFI Membership fee is $275.00.
Membership dues paid online are valid for one year from the date of payment. Your dues will be automatically renewed each year with the credit card on file. NICFI uses a third-party payment processor. Aside from the card expiration date which may be used to send update reminders, NICFI does not have access to your credit card information.

NICFI Membership Pays!
The NICFI.org website allows consumers, manufacturers, retailers, contractors, distributors, etc., to use a zip code search to find inspectors around the country. Also, they can fill out an online inspection request form, that is sent out to every member, so that inspectors that service the inspection area has an opportunity to pick up extra work. Inspectors have a chance to contact whomever submitted a form to negotiate pricing and scheduling with the customers. This is a first come first serve honor system.
Over 60 Manufacturers use the NICFIs online Claims Solutions report writing and claims request website, to submit claims directly to inspectors who are members of NICFI. The Claims Solution site is no cost to manufacturers or to NICFI members. This is a free benefit to those who become an NICFI member. Inspectors have an option to upload their own reports to the site or use an online form, upload photos, create an invoice and submit the full final report directly to the claims person all from one site. Once a report has been submitted and complete, it is then stored on a cloud that only the inspector and/or claims person can review.

This association is owned and managed by its members with Officers and Board members elected by the membership. The slogan “By Inspectors – For Inspectors” is more than a slogan, it’s a fact.
Stay Informed and Up to Date
NICFI send outs eNewletters to all members and to Association Members. Several NICFI members have written published articles in various flooring magazines and online forums that is shared throughout the industry and used as a reference or resource when out on inspections. NICFI also has media marketing facebook page that continues to help expose NICFI to the public and also offers a private inspectors group forum where inspectors can freely ask for opinions and questions to fellow inspectors. Constant exposure of the NICFI helps bring more exposure to each inspectors business that is a member of NICFI.
The Annual Convention
Every year NICFIs Convention and Education Committees bring together key speakers and educators from around the country to cover highlighted topics that will increase product knowledge, skills, and any new standards within the industry. Industry Leaders from various Trade and Industry Associations attend the convention to speak as well as learn. This event is the only annual event for Independent Flooring Inspectors and is designed to the needs of the Inspection Industry. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow inspectors and other flooring industry representatives to share knowledge and experience seen in the field.
